When I plug my Garmin eTrex into the adapter 12v is also recharge the batteries in the back?
The batteries in the back are re-chargable. He said nothing of the instructions.
I have an eTrex Legend and it does not recharge the batteries, rechargeable or not. It uses just the 12V for power instead of battery.
