Bicycle Handlebar
On a bike if the seat can be lower than the handlebars, or the same height?

Is it different between boys and girls, or the height of a person? Or do you use your bike for? Or what muscles you use when riding it? One way that you have to consider almost completely horizontal Another way to sit with arms extended in front of you is there a reason and a preference?

What you ask is really specific to the style of the bike first, and the construction of the secondary runner. A road bike aggressively built will put the rider in a very tense when riding in the drops, which is aerodynamic, but not too comfortable. A bike built for more recreational users will often have a somewhat less stretched for the rider, but it is even more aerodynamic than other styles bikes. This is just for speed, nothing else. A hybrid, mountain, cruiser or comfort bike is usually the straightest line, but again it varies by bike, the guy really has fashioned the driver sitting almost straight up, where a mountain or hybrid have you leaning forward a little. It and you are more comfortable on the bike, and better control on the steering, especially on a mountain bike. As the seat height, the Men tend to ride with their saddles more than women, which is partially a function of height, but also due to have longer arms, and need to be back on the handlebars a bit. Women do not generally equal to or above their saddles to the height of the handlebars, even on road bikes. On the mountain, hybrid comfort bikes, etc., the saddle is generally below the handlebar height for both sexes. The preferred size varies because of differences in physical jumpers. On a mountain bike, you need to be able to stand up when going on a field of some, and need enough space so you do not get rammed by the saddle, if you go over a big bump. Muscles in your riding quads are mainly but it also works the calf muscles and your hip flexors. Your back and shoulder muscles can get sore from riding, but are not really worked on bikes.
