mystery package?
a parcel was delivered to my house yesterday and after I signed up for this, I relaised the name on the box no-one at my address. the parcel is a drum and an iPod shuffle, worth about £ 400 together. so I tried to trace the company that has delivered, but I think it came on ebay or elsewhere. I take it to the police station tomorrow, but what happens to the parcel if nobody claims? someone told me that they will make me, if not claimed within 3 months? no one knows the procedure in cases like this?
Yes if it remains unclaimed so the police will contact you and give it to you as it is yours and that you have not stolen and made every effort to contact the owner. So you might have some goodies in 3 months
