Gps Heart
Runners- I’m looking for a watch?

I’m looking to buy a good running watch. I had a nike heart rate monitor one and it broke. I need one that calculates speed with at least 8-lap memory, heart rate, and distance with gps rather than foot pod. Preferably water resistant and not too bulky. Also less than $300, *if possible*. Any suggestions or reviews? Thanks
p.s. Any thoughts on the Timex Ironman Bodylink?

The Garmin Forerunner 305 is what you’re looking for. I just bought one from amazon for about 150 USD, and it works great. It’s probably the most accurate of the GPS running watches currently available, and it’s only the two pieces, the watch and the chest strap.

The Timex bodylink GPS function has a reputation for being a little flakey at times. In order to get the same functionality of the Forerunner you need the watch, chest strap, gps module and data logger (which you normally have to purchase separately)
