how to transfer routes from Garmin etrex legend gps to my pc & incorporate it to google maps or google earth? ?

You need a program that can read the data from your etrex and create a gpx file.
Garmin’s Mapsource will work well and will let you edit the track before you create the file.
Easy GPS (www.easygps.com/) will also work and is free.

Edit your track appropriately, add waypoints, etc and save the GPX file.

Go to the GPS visualizer web site (http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/convert_input) and convert the GPX file to a KML file.

Go to your My Maps on Google Maps and upload the KML file.

You can then edit the colors, waypoint markers, and the routes on your map page.
