Garmin GPSMAP 295 Questions
I just bought this unit used by someone and I have some questions. It is came with a car to plug an external antenna and a dashboard mount. The questions I have are those where can I find the serial number, how do I update the database when they expire, and that these cords do I need to update when the database expires, and this Other things you suggest I get for this gps? I will use a leasing plan that has a GPS much worse than that and I do not know if I'll use it for training or not yet.
The Garmin 295 is a special offer – but that does not mean Garmin will not sell you updated a database (if they stop sell databases – driver would jump out of their skin and raise hell with them fatal) The site 295 is linked below: It has the manuals, and links download it. serial number plate, I believe, behind the battery – but contact Garmin and they will be happy to help.
