The Palm Treo 650 smartphone combines a compact, full-featured mobile phone with email1, including AOL, Gmail and Yahoo!, an organizer, messaging, and web access1. All of which is within easy reach using the Treo 650 smartphone’s finger-friendly QWERTY keyboard.
Features include Bluetooth® wireless technology for connecting wirelessly to other Bluetooth devices such as headsets and car kits, an MP3 player2, a digital camera that captures video, and a vibrant color screen.
The phone supports networks of GSM 850 / GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900. It has the dimension of 113 x 59 x 23 mm and 178gram weight. It has the display of type TFT touchscreen, 65K colors in the size of 320 x 320 pixels, 44 x 44 mm. It has a Backlit QWERTY keyboard, five-way navigation button, ringtones of type polyphonic, MP3.
The phone also has vibration of incoming call and incoming messages. Well, there are options in the phone where ringtones can be assigned to contacts. Coming to the Phonebook feature of the phone, it has a in shared memory and photo call.

camera having VGA, 640×480 pixels, video, MP3 player, full PIM functionality, calendar, Tasks, Memos, World Clock, built-in handsfree.
The battery of the phone is removable, rechargeable Li-Ion. It gives the stand-by time of up to 300 h and talk time of up to 6 hours.
