A battery or power cable bad cause a laptop to a blue screen? Is there anyway to identify the real cause? Normally yes, but honestly I do not think that's the reason I think it might be the battery is windows keeps telling me that I should consider replacing my battery.
BSOD errors are usually caused by driver problems. Try updating the drivers on the computer. Try to spend between the manufacturer's drivers and the drivers provided by Microsoft Update (assuming it is a Windows laptop). Overheating can cause BSOD errors, and is particularly common on the Pentium 4, Pentium / Celeron D, Pentium and laptops era Mr. Bad memory is another possibility strong. You can test your memory with MemTest86. Just search for it on Google. Because food is about to give another chance. This is more common on desktop models well. Laptop PSUs tend to come out suddenly, all or nothing. Batteries will die in a similar manner, although not hold a charge as long enough eventually led to power not even have to start the computer without the support of the power cord. Again, assuming it is a Windows computer, you can use the command prompt and scanonce sfc / to resolve problems with files of the operating system that could be causing the problem.
