What are the sources of contamination in the injection molding of plastic?
I keep getting black spots of pollution, when magnified, they seem to be as they were extruded. These spots are a very hard material, and does not seem to be present on raw materials plastic or the master. I was told that the carbon material that sticks in the screw / cylinder of the machine, but how can turn into polyurethane carbon puzzles me. Thank you
Any degrading polymers. Either your heater too hot [and have too small an area] and some polymers is held up as he cooks. Another possibility is that if a polymer is used to purge between races, it is degrading. It may as plastic raw material is inhomogeneous, containing more than bit harder cured.
