1999 Chevrolet Tahoe – no air vents dashboard?
I have a 1999 Chevy Tahoe with front and rear A / C. I do not get no air vents at all before, but all other vents are blowing air very well and strong (floor, defrost, combo, etc.). When A / C is on, the air is fresh at the front, but cooler in the back. All switches / controls seem to be working ok (Temperature control, flow direction, fan control and fan). When I go from hot to cold (or vice versa), the door actuator is opening and closing as it should. I took it to a mechanic / c (Friend) and checked the vacuum in vacuum and inspected pipes and it's all good. What could be the problem? Is there another door actuator somewhere that I should be looking for? The book does not help much or not at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated because it is hot here. =)
If you look under the dash right to the gas pedal is their a box with electrical her son and two little arms that control your air stream (where it goes) This part does not work correctly. You can manually move one arm, and you will see that the air rises and on your windsheild.
